Josh Sevick, Chief Executive Officer
Josh is a growth-focused executive with extensive experience leading and scaling multi-site service businesses. Prior to AquaVerse, he served as Group President at Neighborly®, the world’s largest home service provider. Prior to Neighborly, he served as President & CEO of CPR Cell Phone Repair, building the largest device repair service network in North America. Josh is passionate about developing great teams, serving customers exceptionally well, and creating long-term value for employees, investors, and the communities AquaVerse serves.
Patrick Mullen, Chief Financial Officer
Patrick is a senior finance leader with deep experience building financial systems for high-growth organizations. Most recently CFO of Better Earth, he oversaw finance, legal, HR, accounting, tax, treasury, procurement, investor relations, and M&A. Earlier in his career, he spent more than eight years with Deloitte advising Fortune 100 companies on tax strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring. At AquaVerse, Patrick leads financial strategy, planning, reporting, and scalable operational infrastructure.
David Flax, Chief Operating Officer
David is an experienced operations leader with a proven track record of scaling service brands, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence. He spent more than 15 years with Window Genie, where he progressed from franchise owner to senior leadership positions and ultimately President of the brand. He later served as President of both Window Genie and Junk King at Neighborly®, leading growth, operations, and customer retention initiatives across national franchise networks. At AquaVerse, David oversees service delivery, field execution, talent development, and operational consistency across all brands and markets.
Renee Weber, Chief of Staff
Renee is a seasoned business leader with more than 20 years of experience in operational leadership and cross-functional execution. She helped start, scale, and successfully exit multiple companies, including The Rocket Company and Yummy Pools, and previously served as Chief of Staff at Gravy. At AquaVerse, Renee leads strategic coordination and integration efforts, helping turn company priorities into aligned operational execution as the organization grows.
Sarah Brunette, Vice President of Marketing
Sarah is a strategic marketing leader with extensive experience driving brand growth and customer acquisition across multi-brand organizations. Prior to AquaVerse, she served as Head of Marketing at Vertex Service Partners and Vice President of Brand Marketing at Neighborly®, where she led strategy for 12 national home service brands. At AquaVerse, Sarah leads growth strategy and marketing systems while helping preserve the local identity of each brand.
