As part of that process, we’ll request key financial information and conduct a complimentary business evaluation to assess performance and growth potential. You’ll also have the opportunity to connect with members of our partner network to hear firsthand about their experience. Together, we’ll determine whether a partnership is the right fit for both sides.

LETTER OF INTENT

If we’re aligned, we’ll present a Letter of Intent outlining the key terms of our proposed partnership. We approach every LOI with seriousness and integrity, and we have a strong track record of closing once it’s signed. When we move forward together at this stage, it’s because we’re confident in the fit—and committed to becoming long-term partners.

DUE DILIGENCE

We take a deeper dive into your business—gaining a clear understanding of your operations, team structure, financial performance, and growth opportunities. This stage allows both sides to thoughtfully evaluate alignment and ensure that a partnership is the right fit for everyone.

CLOSING

While we are experienced in moving quickly and efficiently, we also understand that this may be one of the most important decisions of your life. Our team operates with speed and precision, yet we never lose sight of the significance of this transition. Every closing is handled with thoughtfulness, discretion, and the utmost care.

INTEGRATION

Following closing, you’ll work alongside our team to ensure a smooth, thoughtful transition for you, your employees, and your customers. We typically begin by stepping in to support the areas that tend to create the most administrative burden—such as finance, accounting, payroll, and HR—so you and your leadership team can stay focused on operations and growth. From there, we tailor our support to your specific needs, whether that’s marketing, recruiting, technology, purchasing, or operational optimization.
